I started my complementary therapy practice when I was pregnant with my second child (1999).  Over the years I have been drawn to therapies which provide an integrated embodied approach to health.  Our bodies provide an honest picture of both our physical and mental health from which we can address imbalances caused by lifestyle, illness, trauma or life's transitions such as pregnancy or just changes of circumstance.

I have been drawn to the therapies I practice because they all provide a different perspective from which I find wholeness, strength and flexibility on all levels of my being; both personally and professionally.

Whether you want to address long standing or recent issues, we can work together to find support, direction and space, choosing the approach you most enjoy and value.  I offer yoga (classes and individual lessons) Thai bodywork/massage; reflexology; and reiki.

I am a member of Associated Yoga Studies (AYS), the International Federation of Reflexologists (IFR) and the Reiki Association (TRA)

I am an accredited Massage Therapy Institute (MTI) tutor and lead the Thai Massage course for the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork.
