Mother & Baby - Pilates
Our Post Natal Pilates Course is specifically designed for Post Natal Mums. Pilates provides a safe and effective way to re-educate your body, re-strengthen weakened muscles and recover your pre-baby shape. As well as finding and re-connecting with your ‘Centre’, gentle stretching and strengthening of the back and shoulders will relieve tension and help to protect you against back pain as the weight of your baby grows.
Holistic in approach, Pilates will rejuvenate both your mind and body, help to combat fatigue and improve your general sense of wellbeing at this challenging time.
